01 · What we collect

Your email, your display name, the spots you save and the votes you create. Ballot voters give a first name only, no account, no tracking profile. That’s the lot.

02 · What we don’t do

We don’t sell your data, share your rotation with venues, or email you about anything you didn’t ask for. Google ratings shown on Trufa come from Google and are attributed to Google.

03 · Cookies

One session cookie to keep you signed in, one anonymous device key so ballot votes stick. No third-party ad cookies.

01 · The service

Trufa lists happy hours and weekly specials in Manhattan below 14th Street, each one checked by a person before it publishes. Bars change their minds without telling us; the chalkboard on the night is the final word on what’s poured and what it costs.

02 · Your account

You only need one to save spots, rank them and start votes. One rating per person per venue, editable any time. Accounts used to game the board or spam the queue get closed.

03 · The board

Deals are information, not offers Trufa makes. No venue can pay for placement, and rankings come from what drinkers save and confirm. If something here costs you a bad evening, we’d genuinely like to know, but the round is on you.
